We pick up the slack where there city has left less affluent areas to be littered and poorly maintained.

Landlords have priced rents out of the reach of average workers. Corporate Landlords create forever renters. Development Companies buy poor, neglected neighborhoods and make them economic and social beacons that are only accessible to affluent citizens, pushing out long time residents.
We help residents transform neglected, dilapidated areas into beautiful, thriving, economically robust, people centered communities. We reverse blight and prevent gentrification by improving the quality of life for people already living in those areas.
